Tzatziki Sauce

The dill in our little front bed herb garden is growing strong. In an attempt to try some, we made a batch of tzatziki sauce. With its lemony, cucumber, and dill flavors this sauce tastes SO fresh. It just screams summertime.

We are going to store it in the fridge for a few days and try it on everything from veggies, salads, wraps, burgers and more! This made a huge batch. So if you are making it to have with a single item I would suggest halving the recipe.

What would you eat it with?

Tzatziki Sauce

– 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup diced cucumber
– 2 cloves garlic
– 2 Tbsp dill
– 1 Tbsp lemon juice
– 1 cup diced cucumber
– Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a food processor,  blend the cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the cucumber mixture with the Greek yogurt and sour cream.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
