I hope everyone had a great week. Thanks for checking out my weekly series posted every Friday, Week in Review. Enjoy a recap of how the week went down, and tell me about yours.
1) What’s gotten my attention this week?
Caligraphy by Deanna… again. I ordered notecards and stamps from her for Mother’s Day gifts. She did not disappoint.

2) What blog post should you check out?
The Year Without a “Maycember”. I still tried to send e-gift certificates and gifts. I get the sentiment of this post though. Also, my middle child won’t have a kindergarten graduation. I hope she doesn’t ever realize that.
3) What’s been going on this week?
Working from home with all the kiddos is still hard. We’ve been playing a lot, and the kids are still being troopers though. I love I get to be here when they wake up and and to spend my lunch break with them though. It’s also nice to be home as soon as I log off work.
4) What’s going on this weekend?
I am not sure if social distancing has turned into a political issue primarily in Oklahoma or across the whole country. As long as my job lets me work remote and as long as my family is okay mentally, we are okay to continue practicing it. Like the last few weekends, if the weather is nice there will be bike rides, walks, and yard work. If the weather is too hot or windy, there will be reading, snuggles, and movies.

6) What did my kids create?
A laser tag uniform. My son has gotten super into laser tag recently, and we have a set to play at home. He designed a uniform on paper and then brought it to life with his bike pads, helmet and rain boots.
Thanks for reading. How was your week? What are you up to this weekend?

Always a highlight of my week to catchup with yours! We got word that HS graduation WILL happen—later in June. They’re not exactly sure how, but they’re doing something. They also made all classes pass/fail…he immediately went fishing 😂

Now is that time for that! I’ve been cooking a lot, but not baking. Is working from home going okay?

Funny how it seemed to all flow for me in more ways than one. Still able to do my job efficiently (I am in sales), I help care for my 85 year old mother (who has been with us since Thanksgiving Lol), and my husband is pleased because I have been preparing some awesome meals! So all is well.
